  1. On the Career Opportunities drop down menu click “Find a Job at MGH” then select, “Job Openings”
  2. Under External Applicants, click “View and apply for open positions”
  3. Under Basic Job Search, click “Advanced Search”
  4. In the middle of the page under Job ID, type the ID (found under the job description of the position you are seeking).
  5. When the position comes up, click “Apply Now”
  6. Follow the instructions for registering a user name and password, and complete the full job application.
  7. Remember to click SAVE.  You will get a confirmation email from MGH.

Meet the Staff
D. Scott McLeod, Ph.D.
Executive Director

Scott McLeod has been on staff at Massachusetts General Hospital since 1990. He became YouthCare's Executive Director in January 2003 after acting as Associate Director for 10 years. Dr. McLeod received his doctorate in clinical psychology from Boston University. He is a Clinical Instructor in Psychology at Harvard Medical School. He is currently the Chief Psychologist at MGH Charlestown HealthCare Center. His clinical interests include Asperger Syndrome and other Autism Spectrum Disorders. Dr. McLeod consults with schools about supporting students with ASD in the classroom, school and the greater community. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Asperger's Association of New England (AANE) and formerly of Children's Group Therapy Association. He has a private practice in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
