Application Fee:
A $75 application fee is required and valid from January – December each year.

$65 per 60 minute session
$75 per 90 minute session
Total expected sessions for School-Year 2012-13 = 32

College Success: $75 per session. Total expected sessions for School-Year 2012-13 = 20

Payment Policies

School-Year Group Programs:
Groups are billed at $65 per 60 minute session and $75 per 90 minute session. Invoices are sent for the full semester at the beginning of each term (Fall and Spring).

For school-year programs families/participants have two payment options:
(1) Full payment for the semester before the first group meeting or
(2) Payment for half the semester prior to the first group meeting, followed by payment of the remaining balance at the midpoint of the semester.

Thematic Groups/Excursion/Adult Life/Young Adult Internship Program :
Full payment is due prior to program start date.

Financial Aid

Aspire uses as a preliminary base, family incomes that fall within 350% above federal poverty levels. Financial aid applications may be submitted at the same time as the Aspire program application. Note that Aspire raises all of financial aid funds through fundraising activities and do not always have the funds available for everyone that may apply. Participation Policies

Attendance: The success of the group and of each participant is dependent upon all members attending as many sessions as possible. We expect that participants will make a commitment to the group. In case of an unavoidable absence, please let your group leader know with as much notice as possible. No refunds are given due to absences unless related to extensive medical conditions.

Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, participants/families will be notified via email by noon whether the group/session will be held on that day. Participants/families may also call the Aspire office at 617-726-0060 after 12pm.

Refunds: Aspire does not offer refunds.
