Susan has been with Pediatrics since May 2000 and just passed the 100-hour level of service. Susan's good nature, dedication and warm personality have become evident as we have grown to know her and as she has evolved in her position. Susan is self-directive and makes sure all the patients have what they need. Having such a fine volunteer like this makes the staff feel more comfortable when they need to be away from the unit.
