They wrote about Lata: "Lata is the type of individual often needed by our families who are visiting a sick loved one for the first time. She is calm and approachable. Lata is autonomous in her duties, flexible and adapts to any situation thrown her way. She assists the nurses with coordinating patient visits and either escorts the family to the patient's room or explains why there may be a delay. Lata has contributed 144 hours of herself to Ellison 9 and we are all very thankful for her presence in our waiting area!" Bravo Lata!
