Heather began volunteering at MGH in February 1993 and has contributed 2,728 hours. Through the years, she has provided service to our busy Information and Wayfinding Service and to the Chaplaincy program. Heather currently volunteers at the Wang Information Desk. Heather is the ground floor champion, always prepared to assist when needed.

Periodically, Heather has often collected the feedback of her volunteer colleagues and made suggestions to help us improve our service. We greatly appreciate Heather's efforts in defining the volunteer role at the information desk.
