To support
staff in the daily operation of the Flower Shop
by delivering floral arrangements to patients throughout
the hospital.

- Willingness/ ability
to work in a small area.
- Ability to be on
one's feet during entire shift.

Monday through Friday
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
1:00 PM - 5:30 PM
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

| Duties
/ Responsibilities: |
- Deliver floral
arrangements to patients throughout the hospital.
- When necessary,
travel on shuttle bus to other Partner's locations
to deliver arrangements to patients in those
facilities.
- Fill helium balloons
when necessary.
- Assist with overall
shop cleanliness.
|
| Limitations: |
- Volunteers should
observe standard precautions when delivering
arrangements to patients.
- Volunteers must
respect patient rights and confidentiality.
- Volunteers must
wear their volunteer jacket and badge at all
times.
- Volunteers should
be able to lift up to but not exceeding ten
pounds.
