Anyone who has had the opportunity to
meet Carlos knows how fortunate MGH is to have him as a volunteer.
Carlos came to MGH in September of 2000 and quickly got to work as
a Family Liaison in the Medical Intensive Care Unit on Blake 7.
After about a year of service, Carlos took on additional duties
working in the Bigelow 12 Chemotherapy Infusion Unit serving lunch
and spreading his good will and positive attitude to their patients
and staff alike. Carlos shares his experience willingly, training
new volunteers for Chemotherapy and in his most recently acquired
position in Discharge. We appreciate all of Carlos's hard work and
dedication to MGH. Carlos has contributed 609 hours of service to
MGH to date. Thank you Carlos!
