Biography
Dr. Theodore is a native of Boston, and a graduate of Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency at the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program, served as the Chief Resident at the Massachusetts General Hospital, and later completed a fellowship at the Brigham & Women's Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Theodore's interests include knee, ankle, and foot surgery, with a focus on sports-related injuries. He is also a nationally recognized expert in extracorporeal shockwave treatment. He has appeared on the Today Show, as well as various cable and local television programs. He has been featured in USA Today, The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, Forbes Magazine, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, Woman's World and Physician's Practice. In 2005, he was named a top orthopaedic foot and ankle specialist by Boston Magazine.
Dr. Theodore serves as Assistant Team Physician for the Boston Red Sox, and is a consultant to the New England Patriots and the Boston Bruins. Additionally, he has served as Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon for the Women's World Soccer Cup, Boston Breakers Women's Soccer Team, and Disney on Ice series.
