MGH SPORT PARENTING GROUP

This is a monthly open group for parents of children participating in sports from youth to collegiate sport levels (this includes both recreational and highly competitive play).
 Questions to be addressed in the group include some of the following:

• How much should I push my child in sports?
• How important are specialization and travel teams?
• What if my child is not athletic?
• What if my children are overly competitive with each other?
• How do we deal with a difficult coach?
• How do we manage the college admissions process?
• How can we support an elite athlete?

Group format will involve a brief presentation from group leader and then will open up to discussion. New members are welcome monthly.  Please RSVP as spaces are limited.

 When and Where:
First Monday of every month,  7:15-8:30 PM
