  1. Ownership. MGH owns all right, title and interest in the Lesson Plan Materials. The Lesson Plan Materials are protected by U.S. copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.

  2. License. MGH grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use, copy, and modify the Lesson Plan Materials solely for non-commercial purposes that are personal or educational, provided you identify MGH as the source of the original Lesson Plan Materials and include on each copy of the Lesson Plan Materials, and on each copy of any modified version thereof, the following notice:

    Massachusetts General Hospital owns the copyright in and to the original version of this document, 2010. The original version of this document is available under a royalty-free license at www.schoolpsychiatry.org and is provided courtesy of Massachusetts General Hospital.

  3. Restrictions on Use. You may not sell or otherwise transfer for value any Lesson Plan Materials, or any modified versions thereof. The license granted herein may not be assigned or sublicensed to another party.

  4. No Other Rights. Except as otherwise provided herein, this User License Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the name, trademark or service mark, logo or other identifying characteristics of MGH or any of its affiliates. You understand and agree that MGH and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any claim, loss, or damage resulting from use or modification of the Lesson Plan Materials by you or anyone else. MGH disclaims any warranty concerning the accuracy or completeness of the Lesson Plan Materials, and disclaims any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. MGH shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this User License Agreement or otherwise, whether in an action in contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
