Brain Driver's Education: An Innovative Curriculum for Teaching Emotional Self-Regulation Skills to Teens

This evidence-based curriculum – for teachers and school mental health professionals – provides materials for teaching emotional self-regulation skills in the classroom. Promotes self-reflection, self-calming, self-control, and conflict resolution to help ease stress at home and at school.
