About UsThe Safety Office serves to support the department by building collaboration and consensus around a common quality agenda. The Safety Office helps Mass General Imaging provide a transparent, seamless, patient-centered experience for our diverse patient population while assuring appropriate, evidence-based care in a timely and efficient manner. It is built on a three-tiered foundation - Quality & Patient Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management.
