Create and maintain Business Intelligence tools by modernizing reporting approaches.
Improve data integrity.
Identify and implement improvements to existing business processes critical to the success of QME, Mass General Imaging, and MGH as a whole.

Mission

Through the development and implementation of innovative techniques and technology, provide the Department with timely, accurate data and improved business processes to enable quality, safety, and efficiency to be built into every process for caring for our patients.

Vision

To create solutions which are integral parts in the day-to-day operations of Mass General Imaging.
To provide decision support systems for Department Leadership so we are regarded as partners in the constant endeavor to improve the quality, safety and efficiency of the operation.
To lead the hospital and the nation in the innovation and adoption of quality, patient safety, and efficiency initiatives and programs.
