About Us

Quality Management & Education (QME) is a multidisciplinary team leveraging a broad range of experience and technical expertise in order to translate the department's strategic mission into operational reality.

The QME team is structured into four offices, which are organized around the department's five strategic pillars (People, Quality and Safety, Strategic Growth, Business Acumen, and Innovation). Specifically, QME offers consultation and expertise in Quality and Safety, Project Management, Education, and Business Acumen.

Although an administrative group, QME is extensively involved in clinical projects and serves as a link between the administration and the clinical areas. QME operates under a dual model where projects may be initiated either by members of the administration or by frontline staff from the clinical areas.
