InfoBytes computer courses
Partners Information Systems Training is offering new Microsoft 2003 training courses, InfoBytes. Upcoming classes are "Word 2003: How to Format Documents," Feb. 21, from
8:30 to 10 am and "PowerPoint 2003: How to Use Templates
and Masters," Feb. 21, from 10:30 am to noon. Both will take place at 165 Charles River Plaza, Suite 200. An optional half hour of training will be provided at the end of each session for related exercises and one-on-one

A networking reception for members and friends of the
lesbian, gay, bisexual and

Center for Global Health seminar series
The MGH Center for Global Health seminar series will host "Key Issues in Achieving Global Child Health in the 21st Century" Feb. 25, from 5 to 6:30 pm in the O'Keeffe Auditorium. Charles MacCormack, president and CEO of Save the Children, will be

Minority Faculty Development Award applications
The MGH Minority Faculty Development Award Program is seeking applications for its Physician-Scientist Development Award, which provides transitional funding to aid a fellow or junior faculty member interested in becoming an independent MGH investigator; and the Clinician-Teacher Development Award, which provides funding for a clinical, educational or community project led by a junior faculty member, fellow or graduating resident pursuing an academic career as an MGH clinician, teacher or community leader.
