2007 Collins Lecture Series
As part of the 2007 Collins Lecture Series, the MGH Department
of Radiation Oncology will host "Molecular Targeting Combined
with Radiation" April 3, from 5 to 6:15 pm in the Ether Dome. Michael
Baumann, MD, director of the University Cancer Center Dresden, will present.

Wellman Center lecture series
The MGH Wellman
Center for Photomedicine lecture series will offer "Microfabrication
of Tissue Engineering Scaffolds by Multiphoton Excited Crosslinking"
April 3, from 2:15 to 3:15 pm in the Thier Conference Room. A coffee reception
will begin at 2 pm. Paul J. Campagnola, PhD, of the Center for Cell Analysis
and Modeling at the University of Connecticut Health Center, will present.

Health information privacy and security information
tables
As part of National Health Information Privacy and Security Week, the
MGH Privacy Office, MGH Information Security and MGH Police and Security
will co-host information tables April 9 through 13 in the Main Corridor.
The tables will be available from 7 to 10 am April 9 and 13, and from
10 am to 2 pm April 10, 11 and 12. For more information, contact Christine

HIV research presentation
The MGH Infectious Disease Unit will host "HIV Research: What We
Have Learned and How Everyone Can Get Involved" April 4, from 5 to
7 pm in the Cox 5 waiting room. Speakers will include Marcus Altfeld,
MD, PhD; Nesli Basgoz, MD; Rajesh Gandhi, MD; Dan Kuritzkes, MD; and Bruce

Sexual Assault Awareness Month information

In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, the MGH Employee Assistance
Program, the Emergency Department Sexual Assault Program and Police and
Security will host an information table April 5, from 11 am to 1 pm in

Senior HealthWISE events
MGH
Senior HealthWISE will offer hypertension screenings and blood pressure
checks April 2, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm at the Hill House, 127 Mt. Vernon
St., Boston. They will also offer a screening of "The Departed"
April 9, from 1 to 3 pm in the Haber Conference Room. Both events are
free and registration is required for the film series. For more information
