- MGHfC
receives gifts from Angels Above
Young
patients at the MassGeneral Hospital for Children (MGHfC) were treated
to an MGHfC holiday tradition when Sue Horman, founder of Angels Above
Charitable Trust, and her colleague Mary Beth Brunelle visited the Ellison
17 and 18 playrooms, the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and the Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit with their special friend from the North Pole —
Santa Claus — and bundles of toys, games and
treats for the young patients.

- Holiday
harmonies
The
Main Corridor was the scene of much holiday cheer as volunteer musicians
treated MGH patients, employees and visitors to a holiday songfest Dec.
21. The delighted crowd accompanied the musicians as they sang favorite
holiday tunes. Sponsored by MGH Chaplaincy, the songfest
is one of many popular holiday traditions at the MGH.

- MGHers
support HAVEN families
The Patient
Care Services (PCS) Diversity Committee held its annual "Holidays
Around the World" celebration Dec. 14 in the Main Corridor, which
was filled with festive music and information about holiday observances
held around the world. Committe members also delivered holiday gifts
to families in need. One floor below in the East Garden Dining Room,
gifts poured in for MGH patients and families of the HAVEN (Hospitals
Helping Abuse and Violence End Now) program.
