The Charlestown Substance Abuse Coalition (CSAC) has been named a Drug Free Community Support Program and also one of 107 recipients nationwide of a five-year grant from the Office of National Drug Control Policy and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. CSAC is a community-based coalition of residents, professionals, businesses, advocates and organizations — including MGH Community Benefits and the MGH Charlestown HealthCare Center — working together to reduce substance abuse.
