Employee benefits
open enrollment begins
This year's open enrollment period during which employees may make changes
to their benefits selections begins Oct. 30 and ends Nov. 19. Changes
and additions made during this period will take effect in January. Open
enrollment packages, which include the MGH open enrollment newsletter,
personal benefit summaries and medical plan comparison charts, were mailed
to employees' homes this week.
The preferred method of enrollment is through eBenefits, which is a component
of PeopleSoft's Employee Self Service (ESS) module, located at ibridge.partners.org/getaccess.
Employees also can enroll by calling (800) 545-2869 using a touch-tone
phone and following the prompts. For more information about open enrollment,
e-mail the Benefits Department at ibenefits@partners.org,
call the Benefits Office at (617) 726-8133 or visit one of the Human Resources
Offices at White 14, 75 Blossom Court, CNY 149 or the Employee Access
Center at Clinics 117. Professional staff can contact the MGPO Professional
Staff Benefits Office at (617) 726-9266 or (617) 724-9356.
MGHers are invited to stop by information sessions called Benefairs and
Quickstops to ask questions about various benefit programs. Below is the
