Paula Rauch, MD, of MGH Psychiatry, practiced in front of an audience at a presentation skills workshop Sept. 18 sponsored by the MGH Office for Women's Careers. More than two dozen women at the MGH participated in the training, which was conducted by Craddock Communications Inc. and included coaching, videotaping and evaluation and critique. The workshops are designed to help professionals feel more comfortable and effective in public speaking engagements.
