Vincent Club fall
medical symposium More than 160 women gathered recently for the 15th annual fall medical symposium co-sponsored by the Vincent Club and the Vincent Hospital Board of Managers. Introducing the program, Isaac Schiff, MD, chief of the MGH Vincent Obstetrics and Gynecology Service, expressed his appreciation to the Vincent Club for its century of support and recognized the Gynecology Program as the foundation on which the Vincent was built. Annekathryn Goodman, MD, of MGH Vincent Gynecologic Oncology, and Barbara Smith, MD, director of the MGH Breast Cancer Program, presented the latest scientific and clinical developments on the treatment of cervical cancer and breast cancer. Thomas Toth, MD, director of the Vincent IVF Unit, presented the latest collaborative work in fertility preservation for women with cervical cancer.
