MGH wins patient satisfaction award

The MGH recently won the "Best in Class" Consumer Satisfaction Award from Solution Point, a health information company that measures and predicts consumer demand, behavior and satisfaction in patient care. In the patient satisfaction survey, the MGH was ranked first for satisfaction with physician care and overall image.

The "Best in Class" awards program recognizes the top performing hospitals across the Solution Point client base for each of 16 areas involving consumer satisfaction, loyalty and outcomes as measured by patients.
