Lorraine Dox, MS, RD, LDN, CNSD, of MGH Nutrition and Food Services, recently was named Young Dietitian of the Year at the statewide meeting of the Massachusetts Dietetic Association. Anne Marie Gennari, MEd, RD, LDN, of MGH Nutrition and Food Services, was named Emerging Dietetic Leader, and Kate Patton, MS, RD, LDN, of MGH Nutrition and Food Services, was presented with the 2002 Outstanding Student and Intern Award at the same meeting.

Luigi Puglielli, MD, PhD, of the MGH Neurology and Research Unit, was the recipient of a 2002 Nancy and Ronald Reagan Institute Grant for the study of the basic science of Alzheimer's disease. Puglielli will receive $240,000 over three years for this investigator-initiated research grant.
