Enrollment also can be completed by phone, 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week during open enrollment, using the access information provided in the personal benefits summary. To make benefits selections for 2005, use a touch-tone phone and call 1-800-545-2869. A Spanish-language option is available.
