Partners in Excellence Awards
MGHers are invited to join MGH and Partners administration and other colleagues in congratulating the recipients of the 2001 Partners in Excellence Awards Dec. 7, at 4 pm in the WACC Lobby.

Blood Donor Center events
The MGH Blood Donor Center will host two events this month. Donors will be treated to a Ben and Jerry's ice cream sundae bar Nov. 27 and will receive free Mary Kay cosmetics packets Nov. 29. The center is located in the Gray Lobby. For more information, call (617) 726-8171.

Conflicts of interest presentation
The MGH Clinical Research Program and the Human Research Committee Institutional Review Board will sponsor "More Than You Ever Wanted to Know about Conflicts of Interest--Legal Requirements and Institutional Policy," Nov. 28, from 4 to 5 pm in the O'Keeffe Auditorium. William Gange lecture and symposium
The Wellman Laboratories of Photomedicine will sponsor a symposium in honor of the 10th annual William Gange Lecture, Nov. 27, from 4 to 7 pm in the Wellman Conference Room. Speakers will include John A. Parrish, MD, chief of MGH Dermatology.

"May I Help You?" information table
The MGH "May I Help You?" program, which supports employees in their efforts to make the hospital more patient- and visitor-friendly, will host an information table Nov. 27, from 11 am to 1 pm outside the Eat Street Cafe.

United Way campaign extended

MGH Backup Child Care Center vacation club
The MGH Backup Child Care Center will offer a vacation club Dec. 24 through Dec. 28, from 7:30 am to 6 pm. The center will be closed Christmas Day. The club is open to children 6 to 12 years of age who have completed kindergarten and will include activities such as a pizza party, scavenger hunt and ice skating.
