Joerg Heckenkamp, MD, of MGH Vascular Research, was selected as the 1999 winner of the Ralph A. Deterling Jr. Award of the New England Society for Vascular Surgery.

Isaac Schiff, MD, chief of MGH Vincent Obstetrics and Gynecology, was honored in November by RESOLVE, an organization representing the needs and concerns of infertile couples, for outstanding achievements in the field of infertility and for 25 years of support for Boston’s infertility community.
