Benefit open enrollment period

Open enrollment packages have been sent to all benefits-eligible employees who were on the weekly or monthly payroll as of Sept. 20, 1999. The information is presented differently in this year's statements, but the benefit credit information is the same. While figuring the total credits, MGHers should remember to add the basic credit to the medical credit to get the total, which is applied toward employees' selections.

If an employee was hired prior to Sept. 15, is benefits eligible and did not get a benefits statement at home, he or she should contact the Benefits Office at 6-8133, send e-mail to ibenefits@partners.org or contact his or her local Human Resources Office. The following is a list of the remaining QuickStop information sessions.

QuickStop at CNY
Nov. 15  3 to 5 pm
Dec. 2  9 to noon

QuickStop in Wellman Conference Room
Nov. 19  10 to noon
Dec. 1  8 to 11 am
