Benefit open enrollment period

The open enrollment period for benefits began Nov. 1, giving MGH and Partners employees the opportunity to review benefit choices and make changes if desired.

Open enrollment packages were sent to all benefits-eligible employees who were on the weekly or monthly payroll as of Sept. 20, 1999. Employees who became eligible for benefits after Sept. 20 should contact the Benefits Office to make changes for the year 2000.

Employees can stop by information sessions, called BeneFairs and QuickStops, to ask questions about various benefit programs. At the BeneFairs, employees can talk with representatives from companies that provide benefits and programs to the MGH. Benefits Office staff and generalists will be available to answer questions at the QuickStops.

Nov. 12 – 11 am to 4 pm

Nov. 8 – 1 to 5 pm
Nov. 10 – 9 am to 1 pm

QuickStops in Wellman Conference Room
Nov. 19 – 10 am to noon
Dec. 1 – 8 to 11 am

QuickStops at CNY
Nov. 15 – 3 to 5 pm
Dec. 2 – 9 am to noon
