Boston Globe columnist Ellen Goodman (left) was the featured guest at the most recent Women in Management program held Oct. 27. The program, entitled "Pathway to Leadership: Career Development," was the second in a series designed to help support the development of women managers at the MGH. Moderated by Kathy Tabor-McEwan, RTR, of MGH Radiology, the program focused on the career paths of three MGH women managers: Lillian Ananian, RN, MS, nurse manager for the CCU; Bonnie Michelman, director of Police and Security and Outside Services; and Carmen Vega-Barachowitz, MS, CCC-SLP, director of Speech Language Pathology. More than 100 women managers attended.
