MGHers still can put themselves in the way - the United Way

The 2003 MGH United Way campaign soon will be coming to a close, but MGHers still have time to help make a difference in someone's life by making a donation. All MGHers who make a donation to the campaign also are automatically entered into a weekly raffle drawing.

The goal of this year's campaign is $260,000, which is a 6.5 percent increase from last year's goal. So far, the campaign has raised more than $112,000.

MGHers will continue to receive information about the campaign's progress and raffle information and winner notification through broadcast e-mail messages. Employees who do not have e-mail received pledge cards mailed to their home addresses. Pledge cards may be dropped into any of the United Way boxes located throughout the hospital. Donations will continue to be accepted through the remainder of the year.

MGHers are encouraged to make their donation through the on-line printable pledge card available at http://is.partners.org/hr/affiliates/mgh/United_Way/UWPLEDGE_2003.pdf

An e-mail version of the pledge card also is available at http://is.partners.org/hr/affiliates/mgh/United_Way/UWPLEDGE_2003.doc
