Open enrollment will be held at the MGH Oct. 23 through Nov. 6 for weekly-paid, benefits-eligible employees, with changes effective Jan. 1, 2002. Personal benefit summaries and information about new changes will be mailed to employees' homes during the week of Oct. 23.

Employees can stop by information sessions, called BeneFairs and QuickStops, to ask questions about various benefit programs. At the BeneFairs, employees can talk to representatives from companies that provide benefits and programs to the hospital. MGH Human Resources (HR) staff will be available to answer questions at the QuickStops. Spanish-, Portuguese- and French Creole-speaking staff will be available at designated sessions (see list below).
