The MGH Department of Radiology recently hosted its third leadership seminar, which featured guest speaker Jack Connors, Jr., founding partner, chairman and chief executive officer of Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Inc., a marketing communications company with headquarters in Boston.

Connors, right, who also is chairman of the board of Partners HealthCare System, spoke about successful ways to market services in the health care environment. He emphasized the importance of maintaining and building relationships with patients and referring physicians to continue the MGH's long-held reputation of providing excellent patient care.
