New MGH central pay parking facility opens

The MGH Police, Security and Parking Department hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Oct. 4 for the new central pay offices at the Fruit Street and Parkman Street parking garages. The new pay system allows patients and visitors to complete the validation and parking fee process with one stop.

"The new central pay system has been a big hit with MGH patients and visitors," says Bonnie Michelman, director of MGH Police and Security and Parking. It has almost completely eliminated the long lines of vehicles in the exit lanes. For more information, call (617) 726-8886.
