MGH health centers pick up the PACE

Staff from MGH Charlestown, Chelsea and Revere recently participated in open house sessions designed to educate employees about the Patient Administrative Cycle Enhancement (PACE) project, an initiative to make patient administration a smoother process for both patients and employees.

MGH Charlestown staff view PACE information posters.

The open house sessions were well attended by health center staff, and members of PACE implementation teams were on hand to answer questions. The PACE project, which was launched last year, will redesign the outpatient administrative processes, provide enhanced technology to support these streamlined processes and ultimately provide a significant financial benefit to the hospital and its physician organization.

For more information about the PACE project, send e-mail to PACEproject@partners.org
