MGH Revere opens new school-based health center

The MGH Revere HealthCare Center held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 17 to celebrate the opening of a new school-based health center at Revere High School.

The new health center is staffed by an MGH Revere nurse practitioner. Physicians and mental health counselors also are available at the location. The new center's staff primarily focus on the care of adolescents and work with students, teachers, administrators and parents to promote quality health care for all Revere High School students.
