At your service

Even though activity was relatively quiet at the hospital during the week of the
Democratic National Convention (DNC), the MGH information desk ambassadors were on hand to help patients, their families and visitors get to their destinations in the hospital.

The most helpful service the ambassadors provided was having reverse directions from the hospital available to help everyone navigate their way home through all the road closures.

The front desk staff were all smiles during the DNC.
