Happening Current techniques in molecular biology
The 10th annual summer course in Molecular Biology will be held July 12 through Aug. 9.
The course is held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9 to 10 am in the O'Keeffe Auditorium.
It is open to fellows, students, house officers, research staff, faculty and all employees

HOPES seminars
The MGH Cancer Center HOPES (Helping Our
Patients/Families through Education and Support) program presents educational seminars for
patients, families and MGHers. On July 10, there will be a bone marrow/stem cell
transplant discussion facilitated by Cathleen Poliquin, NP, MSN, noon to 1 pm. The
discussion will be held in the Cancer

Summer schedule
for computer training
Partners Information Systems has released the Summer Computer Workshop training schedule.
The classes are held at Corporate Training, Charles River Plaza, 185 Cambridge St. For

parking regulations
Strict access and parking procedures will be enforced by the Boston Police Department and
by MGH Police, Security and
Parking during the SailBoston
2000 celebration, July 11 to 16. MGH Parking and Security recommends that MGHers stay
clear of the CNY area unless necessary. Local police will have three roadblocks at
Chelsea, Austin and Main Streets. MGH/PHS shuttles will be able to pass through all
checkpoints. On July 12 to 16, access will be restricted at the CNY gates. MGH/PHS
employees should not park in Building 199 or any other MGH parking facilities if it is not
