The top five performers from the MGH Customer Service Department's Ambulatory Phone Survey recently were recognized with a visit from the "prize patrol." The survey was completed last winter to measure access, courtesy and helpfulness of staff who are answering phones. The winners included Hematology/Oncology, Orthopædic Shoulder Service, Social Services, Internal Medical Associates and Women's Health Associates. The survey will be repeated later this year to give practices more information about the service they deliver to patients and visitors. The staff of Women's Health Associates are pictured below as they celebrate their prize.
