Pappas
Fellow named by MGH Brain Tumor Center
Roberto
Ciordia, MD, (left), has been named the Stephen E. Pappas Fellow
by the MGH Brain Tumor Center. The Pappas Fellowship provides a second
year of advanced training in brain tumor research. The fellowship is funded
by an annual gift from Catherine Pappas, (center), in honor of
her late husband, Stephen E. Pappas, who was treated at the MGH. Nicholas
Avgeropoulos, MD, right, is the current Pappas Fellow, and Tracy Batchelor,
MD, director of Neuromedical Oncology, (not shown), is the fellowship
director.
