Phyllis R. Silverman, PhD, LICSW, of MGH Psychiatry, was honored for her work April 14 at a fundraiser for The Children's Room, an organization providing support to children grieving the death of a loved one. Silverman, who serves as a consultant to the Children's Room, was co-principal investigator and project director of the MGH Child Bereavement Study.
