MGH catches Red Sox fever

040502RedSox2.jpg (24303 bytes)The Red Sox may not have fared well on their season’s opening day, but MGH fans still rallied to their support. Employees, patients and visitors were treated to a Red Sox welcome at the Eat Street Café April 1, with ball park treats such as hotdogs, popcorn and Cracker Jacks. The cafeteria was decorated with Red Sox flair and the game was broadcast over the loudspeaker. "We are a celebrating the opening of the Red Sox season with nothing but fun," says Helen Doherty, RD, (at right) director of Food and Nutrition Services. "My staff went all out on this."
