Periodically, Hotline features updates about employee benefits, to help MGHers understand and make the most of their benefit options. Below is an explanation of the MGH Tuition Reimbursement program. Tuition reimbursement MGH employees who want to further their careers by taking advantage of educational and training opportunities can receive financial assistance through the MGH Tuition Reimbursement program. Regular and part-time employees (20 to 40 standard hours) who have completed six months of continuous service may apply. The employee's status at the time of course completion will determine the amount of reimbursement. The program is offered for the pursuit of job-related certificate or degree programs (associate's, bachelor's or master's), as well as ESL and GED courses.
