Nominations now are being accepted for the 2001 Pamela J. Ellis Memorial Secretarial Award, established in memory of Pamela J. Ellis, who served as an executive secretary at the MGH from 1992 to 1996.

The $1,000 award will be given to an MGH employee who exhibits the outstanding qualities that Ellis demonstrated during her tenure, and will be presented at the Secretarial/Clerical Staff Day luncheon April 25 at the MGH. All clerical support staff are eligible, and any employee may submit a nomination. The nomination form, along with additional requested information, may be sent to Sunayana Jhalani in Human Resources Administration, Bulfinch 360, or faxed to 726-6989. Nominations also may be emailed in a similar format to sjhalani@partners.org.

Additional forms may be picked up in Human Resources offices at the following locations: White 14; 75 Blossom Court; CNY Building 149; and at the Chelsea, Charlestown, Everett, Back Bay and Revere health centers.
