MGH newsletter supports "Two-Way Talk" with community
Support from the surrounding community has
enabled the MGH to grow and thrive over the years while providing top-notch
care to patients and their families. Recognizing the vital bond between
hospital and community, the MGH is dedicated to keeping its neighbors
informed about its programs, plans, projects and progress. With that goal
in mind, the hospital has established a new method of communicating with
Beacon Hill, West End/Charles River Park and other community members —
a neighborhood newsletter entitled Two-Way Talk. Two-Way Talk informs readers about such relevant topics as ongoing construction of the new ambulatory care building, traffic issues and MGH programs and services. The newsletter, which made its debut this week, was distributed as an insert in the Beacon Hill Times and Regional Review and is available at the hospital and in area buildings. It will be published quarterly. Among the newsletter's features will be a question-and-answer section to address issues and ideas raised by readers. For more information or to submit a question or comment to Two-Way Talk, leave voice mail at (617) 726-0450 or send e-mail to twowaytalk@partners.org. |
