The magnificent seven

Seven MGH employees were recognized for enhancing diversity at the MGH and contributing to the African American culture at the Patient Care Services annual African American Pinning Ceremony held Feb. 14. The honorees were Joyce Henry of White 7, Cheryl Dear of Bigelow 13, Shirley Prescod, LPN, of Blake 12, Drina Prescod, RN, of Ellison 20, Joy Williams, RN, of Radiology and the Emergency Department, Angela Solis of Blake 6, and Bernida Washington of Ellison 9. The recipients were nominated by fellow employees and chosen by a committee consisting of MGH leadership and a panel of previous recipients.
