MassGeneral Hospital for Children recently began distributing a book entitled "Operation Day" to young patients in hopes of alleviating any fears they may have about undergoing an operation. Filled with colorful pictures and commonly asked questions and answers, the booklet is a step-by-step guide to a child's visit to the hospital and will help educate and support children as they approach their operation day.
