Devoted friends and grateful colleagues bid farewell toErnest M. Haddad Jan. 16 at a special reception to celebrate his 21 years of service at the MGH and Partners. Haddad left his position as general counsel at the end of 2001.

He plans to return to a position at Boston University School of Law, where he served as a faculty member and dean from 1966 to 1971. Haddad will continue working with Partners and its affiliates on a consulting basis.
