Wanted:
Judges for Timilty Science Fair The MGH/Timilty
Partnership seeks MGHers to judge student projects during the annual Science Fair Week at
the James P. Timilty Middle School in Roxbury. Volunteers are needed to judge projects
Feb. 12 to 15, from 9 to 11 am, beginning with the eighth grade on Monday and finishing
with the sixth grade on Thursday. MGHers can volunteer to judge on one or more days.
Round-trip transportation to the Timilty is provided, departing from the MGH at 8:30 am
and returning at 11:30 am. Science background is not necessary. Additionally this year, six Timilty students will present their science fair projects at the poster session for the MGH's XXV Research Symposium Jan. 31. MGHers are invited to visit the symposium in the Wellman Conference Room for a preview of this year's science fair projects.
