Warshaw recognized for supporting women faculty Harvard Medical School (HMS) has honored Andrew L. Warshaw, MD, MGH surgeon-in-chief, with the prestigious 2008 Joseph B. Martin Dean's Leadership Award for the Advancement of Women Faculty. Awarded by the HMS/Harvard School of Dental Medicine Joint Committee on the Status of Women, the prize recognizes an individual who has made significant contributions to the recruitment, retention and advancement of women faculty at HMS and its affiliated institutions.
