The MGH's Clinical Effort Against Secondhand
Smoke Exposure (CEASE) recently was honored by the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency with a recognition award at the Children's
Environmental Health Excellence Awards in Washington, DC. The awards recognize
individuals and organizations for their commitment to protecting children
from environmental health risks. CEASE works with children's clinicians
by matching local or national smoking cessation programs with parents
who wish to quit smoking.
